With mental health issues rising and rates of loneliness increasing in a society that’s “always on,” we believe that nurturing the relationship with ourselves and creating meaningful connections is crucial for our overall wellness.
What can you expect? We will start with non-awkward intros, order our coffees and once everyone has arrived a quick guided conversation on a topic of choice (e.g. our favourite self-care rituals, goal setting or how we're mindfully dealing with anxiety and stress). We can then eat, drink more coffee and continue the chats with the ladies you're sitting next to.
